• Although Performance Realty & Associates is not a licensed real estate appraisal firm, we are fully capable of providing a client with a good estimate of what a piece of property is likely to sell for using a Market Sales Analysis. 
• A Market Sales Analysis performed by a trained real estate professional consists of researching the recent selling prices of similar properties in the Subject's market area and then applying experienced adjustments for location, size, age, condition and other features in order to derive a price range for the property that truly reflects the current market.
• Arriving at the final sales price for a piece of property is not easy. No one has a perfect crystal ball.  However, even in an imperfect world, we are always doing everything we can to ensure that our clients do not pay too much or sell for too little. 
• Ultimately, the price that a Seller is willing to sell for and the price that a Buyer is willing to pay is up to the them.  As your agent, we are committed to helping every one of our clients achieve their personal real estate goals.
